How do I choose a memory foam pillow?
This was the first thing that sprung to my mind. There are so many memory foam pillows on the market, how am I supposed to know which one to get? Are memory foam pillows actually that different from each other… and why do some cost an arm and a leg when others are as cheap as normal pillows?
Through my thorough research, I came to the conclusion that it’s better to choose a well-known brand, since cheaper alternatives often mean lower density foam and inexpensive components. Memory foam is made from what is known as ‘viscoelastic’ polyurethane, so that’s what you want to look for when choosing your pillow.
Is memory foam good for your neck?
