If you need your order quicker, Hush next day delivery is available for £6. To be eligible, place your order before 4 pm on weekdays. If you're not in a rush, standard delivery is £3.90 and will take 3-5 working days to arrive.

Gift cards

Returns

1. The Hush returns policy has you covered if you run into any problems. Look at your dispatch form to find your returns note and pre-paid label.

2. Fill out the form found in your parcel or re-print it by logging in to your account.

3. Peel off your pre-paid label and stick it to your returns package.

4. Drop your packed return off at a Royal Mail location to await your return, refund or replacement.

Price match policy

There isn’t a Hush price match policy at the moment. That doesn’t mean you’re not covered in case of price changes. If you notice a discrepancy in the last 10 days, get in touch about a price refund for the difference. While it’s not guaranteed, the team often offer a refund within reason.
