WAIT, WHAT COLOR IS THIS?

Jennifer Lopez's latest manicure isn't white, nude, or pink - it's somehow all three

There's more than meets the eye to this seemingly simple set.

Stop and drop whatever you are doing because Jennifer Lopez has a new manicure. Yes, it's that serious because the Shotgun Wedding actor's latest set looks like three colours all at once.

Her go-to nail artist Tom Bachik shared a close-up flick of her iridescent manicure on May 28 with the caption, “Flawless Sunday Manicure.” These colour-shifting nails were flawless indeed. He filed and shaped each tip into a tapered coffin form. These nails aren't the longest, instead, they're about a medium length, which Jennifer Lopez often opts for.

Depending on how you look at these nails, they could be pink, beige, or a milky hue. This manicure is just like Hailey Bieber's trendy glazed donut manicure, which first took over TikTok in the summer of 2022 and has been going strong ever since. How, exactly, he achieved this manicure's opalescent finish is the question of the hour.

He might have employed the exact same products Zola Ganzoigt, Hailey Bieber's nail artist, uses for the model's signature manicure — OPI's GelColor in the soft white Funny Bunny with the brand's Tin Man Can Chrome Effect powder (the powder, sadly, is only available to the licensed pros). He could have even done the look with a glistening nail polish like Sally Hansen's Insta-Dry Nail Polish in Moonstone. The nail expert he is, he could have done something completely different to create these gorgeous opalescent nails.

Not too long ago we spotted the singer-actor with her shortest nails yet, and we wouldn't tell if they were totally bare or coated in a nude polish that matched her skin tone. But that manicure was as short-lived as its length, it seems. Lopez is basically the Queen of Neutral Manicures, so we're loving this glistening set that's not just a simple nude hue.
