Returns

1. Lululemon operates a 30-day returns policy free of charge. After this time lapses, returns aren't accepted.

2. To initiate your return, head to the returns portal and provide your order number and email address. Select the items you want to return and the reason for returning.

3. You’ll receive a pre-paid return label to print at home. Pack your items up, preferably in the original packing, and then attach the label to the front.

4. Drop your item off at a UPS collection point for free return. Refunds generally take 5 to 7 days to process. Alternatively, you can return in-store by selecting that option in the returns portal.
