What is the River Island returns policy?

1. Inform River Island that you wish to return items purchased online within 14 days or 28 days for in-store purchases. When the period lapses, you cannot return the items.

2. When returning the goods, ensure they come in original packaging and the hygiene strip hasn’t been removed for items like swimwear. The items should also be unworn and clean with tags attached. Hygiene fashion items like face coverings and underwear are not eligible for returns.

3. You will need the dispatch confirmation email or the original receipt as proof of purchase. You can follow the process on the returns portal and get a returns label to post them to River Island.

4. After filling out the returns note, you can also return the items to a River Island shop. Alternatively, use the parcel collections service or Collect+ services for free returns in the UK.

Is there a River Island price match policy?
