Returns

1. Products can be returned for an exchange or refund within 60 days of receiving your items.

2. Items can be returned via post or direct to a Roman store.

3. Items including face masks, lingerie, earrings and headwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

4. Certain products, such as throws, bedding and homewares cannot be returned to store and need to be returned via post.

5. Once received, your goods will be subject to quality checks. If products pass these checks, a refund will be issued within 5 working days.

6. In some cases, refunds may take 14 working days to process.

7. For instant refunds or exchanges, its advised that you return your products to a Roman store.

Price match policy
